This pair of semi-detached houses was constructed using only the finest quality materials. The internal layout consists of a large lounge, with separate kitchen dining/family room, utility room, three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, family bathroom, en-suite shower room, downstairs cloakroom, and ample storage.
This was a turn key project completed with all internal decoration, carpets and flooring, external landscaping and mono-bloc driveways.
Master bedroom
Having reviewed the original plans, which were for a four bedroomed home, the client agreed with our suggestions that the property could be given an additional wow factor by changing the layout to create a substantial master bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
