Annexe Conversion - Before Originally this was an outbuilding at the back of the clients' house used primarily as a garage and store room.	Annexe Conversion - After The original building was clad in Larch timber, and enhanced with a feature wall and plinth of split-face slate cladding tiles. The roof is a warm roof construction consisting of timber I-joists, high spec Kingspan insulation, and a high quality rubber membrane finish. Front Elevation of Annexe We installed UPVC double-glazed windows in Anthracite Gray. With copper guttering and downpipe.	Roofline UPVC soffit boards fitted in Anthracite Gray, which were later fitted with integrated recessed sensor spotlights.	Large Open Plan Lounge Floor fitted with vinyl click flooring - soft and warm underfoot. Three fixed floor to ceiling double glazed windows allow you to enjoy the view of the garden whilst flooding the room with natural light.
View to Kitchen The flooring flows through the lounge, kitchen and inner hall to enhance the sense of space.	Kitchen The kitchen is fitted with high gloss cream units topped with a walnut coloured worktop to compliment the flooring.	Kitchen A freestanding washer dryer is plumbed in to the kitchen.
Lounge Storage You can never have too much storage space, and these lovely high gloss walnut coloured doors slide seamlessly to reveal ample additional storage space within the lounge.	The Lounge Three Velux rooflights were fitted into the ceiling to enhance the light and airy feeling of the large open plan lounge	The Bathroom The bathroom is fitted with a white high gloss vanity unit and a luxurious P-shaped bath with a matching curved shower screen.
Inner Hall The inner hall, which runs off the lounge and kitchen area leads to the bathroom and two bright double bedrooms.	Bedroom Each of the lovely double bedrooms has been fitted with large mirrored sliding door wardrobes and soft carpet.
